Hi @ndrew,
You are welcome. It was a cooperative effort between 3 of your contrymen and me, where we pooled all our knowledge and critically assessed the source material.

Flakleitanlage "Egerland"

#250

Post by kstdk » 15 Jul 2005, 18:13

Hello all

I have a little question about these two pictures.

It is of the Flakleitanlage "Egerland" consisting of FuMg 74 "Kulmbach" together with Flakzielgerät 76 "Marbach" was the shown "Anlage Egerland".

Could the two concrete foundations of FuMg 74 "Kulmbach" and the Würtzburg Riese - today - without Geräte - be looked upon as the same ???

Or - if there is differences - what is the difference of the two ??

Hi Kurt,
Judging from your and some additional pictures, I'm pretty sure, that the Egerland system used (re-used?) the normal W-R foundation, hence the wooden platform.

Hi.
We are working on a database about Luftnachrichten. Could you please have a look at http://www.lostplaces.de/funkmessmap/in ... language=1
"Information not shared is lost Information" ;) It would be great, f you would send us information about the stations known to you. So we can build up an information-pool!

Regards,
Leif
