Because there seems to be some recent interest in the treatment of POWs during WWII as war crimes, I'm going to try to collect accounts, not easily available on the internet, which relate to conditions in specific POW camps and post those accounts in separate threads. This thread is devoted to Sumy POW camp, and the documents are from an official publication of the former Ukrainian SSR called Nazi Crimes in Ukraine 1941-1944.
