Panzermahn -- Jean-Claude Pressac's book Auschwitz: Technique and operation of the gas chambers, The Beate Klarsfeld Foundation, New York: 1989 is profusely illustrated with wartime photographs, technical schematics and bluprints of the gas chambers at KL Auschwitz. You may also be able to get similar materials if you contact the US Holocaust Memorial Museum or other on-site museums.

Likewise the architectural plans for Auschwitz exist and are part of the archives of the Zentralbauleitung der Waffen SS and Polizei, Auschwitz , part of the Auschwitz Museum.
If you read Auschwitz by Deborah Dwork and Robert Jan Van Pelt, some of the "plates 17-18" of architectual plans show the cremetorium and gas chambers.
The book will provide detailed reference sources to follow up.

I think what Panzermahn is looking for is a wartime German plan showing a working homicidal gas chamber, similar to the plans of disinfestation gas chambers which do exist.
That is, a plan showing insertion devices for the gas, or pipes leading back to a gas-producing machine etc.
The plans to which he has been referred show the Auschwitz crematoria and the various rooms in them, but no room is shown set up specifically as a gas-chamber, ie gas insertion devices are not shown.
Nobody looking at those plans who had not been told that certain rooms on the plans were fitted out as gas-chambers would be able to identify them as such from the plans alone. There is nothing about the plans that is not consistent with a crematorium and morgue, which is how they identified in the plans.

This is correct. No one superficially looking at the building plans would think that they were looking at murder-rooms. That realization only comes when you realize what else the plans didn't show -- like the much-discussed "showers" which have no water supply but which do have a single air-tight door.Nobody looking at those plans who had not been told that certain rooms on the plans were fitted out as gas-chambers would be able to identify them as such from the plans alone. Here are two pictures of the subterranean gas chamber at Krematorium II, Auschwitz, after the chamber was built but before it was covered with dirt, and a photograph of the gas chamber at Krematorium III, scanned from Pressac, Jean-Claude, Auschwitz: Technique and operation of the gas chambers, The Beate Klarsfeld Foundation, New York: 1989, pp. 340-41 and 369.

Here's 3 photographs of a gas chamber door, showing the outside (Pressac 486a) and inside (Pressac 486b) of the door. Note the peephole which has a heavy wire grate over it on the inside of the door. These images were scanned from Pressac, Jean-Claude, Auschwitz: Technique and operation of the gas chambers, The Beate Klarsfeld Foundation, New York: 1989, p. 486. As Pressac points out, there's not much point in having a grate over the peephole on the inside of the door if you're just delousing clothes. Note also that the bolt heads on the door face the inside.
By the way -- one last note. These are photographs of the homicidal gas chambers at Auschwitz. The concentration camp also had gas chambers which were not used for homicidal purposes, but to delouse clothing, etc. Pressac estimates about 95% of the Zyklon B production was used for non-homicidal purposes.
