Hi,
The Opel above has the longer wheelbase bus chassis, which also allows for a "lower" level of cab positioning when compared to the regular truck version.

Hi,

here a good pic of a Kfz. 2 Nachrichten-Krfatwagen (signals motor vehicle) based on the leichter Einheits-PKW without the doors, but with two cable drums and its rack on the rear equipment box (source of the pic: ebay).
