I want to know how many Ritterkreuzes did the Axis allied nations received. I know that Romania got 16-17, but in rest nothing.

Can someone give me some details on the actions for which the three Italian submariners received their KCs? It seems they are the only lower ranks in the list. They should be more interesting...
I am surprised that the Finnish aces didn't get anything.

Check out this link to Italian subs in WWII. You can find the Italian Knight's Cross sub skippers under their respective boat in the "ocean going sub" section...war patrols, successes, etc.
