Good point! having a second look to the pic it seems that the man inside the halftrack is wearing a german cap. I can ever guess by the face of british soldiers.

The source of this picture " Album mémorial-Normandie 1944-Heimdal" that illustrates a convoy of Villers Bocage POWs, may be a s.SS-Pz.abt.101 Horch 830 or a polizeï Kompanie vehicle.

A 251/1 C SS-532653 ??, HJ France summer 44. Very unsure on the numbering of this, second a 251/1 D, SS-193932, given no location, quoted as "probably 12.ss HJ. Both picture from "German Armor and Special Units of WWII, Walemar Trojca.

I volunteer to arrange the index, there are already several plates repeated in the thread, besides I have picture hosting) but can not automatically upload, wil have to click the link...

I can do it as suggested, by ascending number, and also, another option, would be by unit, but this will leave out some unidentified unit vehicles
I have found about half a dozen more, a coupel them very interesting..!!! (will post tomorrow)
