very nice picture,thanks you for posting it!do you have any other pictures of KC holders wearing their RAD uniforms?I have only one and it is the cover of the newspaper IB showing Bittner wearing his KC while inspecting some RAD men.do you know who the officer standing next to him in the picture is?
