Pictures from my bunkertrip

Post by c_hoff82 » 04 Sep 2004 19:33

Hello.

Today, me and a friend of mine entered a bunker here in Trondheim. It is partly flooded. The water reaches our knees. We put on big plastic bags on our feets and entered.
It was bigger than we had expected. In the first room there was two doors. Each one leading to a 30 meters long tunnel. On the floor there were railway tracks and each tunnel had a waggon.

See pictures and ask me if you have any questions :)

Thanks c_hoff82 for those great pictures!

On the first picture of the barrels, the word "Schmierfett" is visible on one of them. So I'd say that at least this one contains grease.

Best regards,

Great photos :)
Unbelievable to see that all this has been left in the middle of Norway`s 3rd largest city!!

I`ve heard that the hospital tunnel a little further down the street is really good inside too! Have you ever been in that?

Yes its unbelievable. But when you look into it, all you see is a floodet little room. I think that scares most people away.

Yes I have been inside the tunnel. Its very looong!! There are two entrances. The tunnel becomes bigger in the center, from the floor to the celing it migth be 6 meters.
I dont have many pictures from it, but I am planing a trip to take some more.

The first picture is from the inside, the second one is from one of the entrances.
