his name (right spelling) is Otto Riehs. Please have a look into

Hello Guys,
heres another one,i picked this up in a group (13 pictures of the same man) at a local show last weekend.Does anyone know who he is? in some of the pics were he is not wearing an overcoat he is wearing his KC/EKI and a CCC.
