Does anyone know what insigna that it? Should be ww2 period as far as I know and "S" means "Suomi" :)

That is an arm badge of a Suojeluskunta. The "S" here does not refer to Suomi but Suojeluskunta. The badge looks like home-made and the yellow and black colours show that the badge is from Northern Savo since those are the province colours of that area.

Is the badge in your possession and if so, where did you get it?

in my possession yes and i got it from one estonian officer some years ago ... not ww2 officer ... he studied something in Finland and got it from there :)

If am correct, this badge is for Mikelli and Kuonio regions. Used by Shutzkor, which was formed in 1921 and dissolved on 3rd of Nov. 1944 according to Finno-Soviet agreement.
