Hint #6: It was at Åland Islands like Mikko already suggested. During January and February 1940 it replaced infantry units of the Naval Forces (which were moved to Bay of Viborg) in the defence of Åland Islands.

That is the correct answer. Volunteer Ålands Hemvärn (Home Troops of Åland Island) is a rather unique unit in Finland and proved that also people of Åland Islands were interested in national defence when needed....

What is the connection between: The Lapland war era - Kriegsmarine - Itä-Hakkila (a suburb in the Helsinki area)?

Hint #1: Gulf of Finland, near Porkkala.

This time local knowledge seems to give me a certain advantage: there's a "deutscher Soldatenfriedhof" in Itä-Hakkila, where a good number of German sailors are buried,who perished in the Gulf of Finland in december 1944 when two German ships sank in a minefield.

Correct! On December 12th 1944 two Kriegsmarine destroyers Z 35 and Z 36 from 6. Zerstörer Flotilla sank near Porkkala after running into their own minefield. Of the 600 dead part were buried in the Honkanummi German military cemetery (Deutscher Soldatenfriedhof Honkanummi), which is located in Itä-Hakkila, Vantaa. (I'll update this post with pictures later today).

And the main question: Why did the soldiers in JR53 throw away in disgust the cheese ratio they were given in october 1941?

Too easy to bother or too difficult to find an answer? Or just too few active readers at the moment?

Anyway, I might add that the *thing* in the warmup question was delivered (to company level) in package sizes of 30x30x90cm. And I can hint that it doesn't necessarily take the usual amount of detailed in-depth knowledge to answer the main question - in fact, a foreign reader with some general knowledge could get it right!
