K5 Railway Artillery Gun

Ive been searching for videos from world war two of the K5 railway guns in action but cannot finding working links anywhere.

can you please help me by posting up some links.

also i have a question about the k5:

Ive seen a video of the k5 firing an atom bomb is this real? when did it happen?

I don't think the K5 ever fired a atom bomb but heres some info on the US armys purpose built atomic cannon

Thats the one i saw,when did they fire that? was it ever used in battle?

Do you have any videos of the ww2 version firing?

Atom bomb I don't think so...the only video i know is (Gun painted with dark yellow only)with K5 and was taken near Anzio
->'Anzio Annie' nick name for K5

the one firing the atom bomb is a american gun, during a test (the only one) in the nevada desert.

several were based in germany during the cold war, and I think one is preserved in the entrance of the aberdeen proving grounds

how can they fire and get away with fireing in the navada desert,theres wildlife there and stuff,people moan useally.

Im looking for vids from ww2 of the german guns

Yes, one is preserved at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, and another in France. No, it never fired an Atomic shell, I can confirm that for sure, unless it's in some highly classified document. I live about 20 minutes from APG and do some work for the government there, and I've crawled around on that thing - the pictures don't do it justice. It's simply huge.

well they did it On May 25, 1953, much like the open air/ocean bikini atom tests. as mentioned, there are several pics online:
