John!

Hi

Your Buick photo is from Brønderslev Denmark. With a U on the plate for the city of Aalborg which had 3 large Luftwaffe airfields.

Regards

Hi all,

Any idea about this wood-gas generator truck?

Many thanks, Dan.

I do not have any more photographs of cars in Denmark, but by an odd coincidence I have just obtained one showing two lorries also with the Imbert gas-producer.

Is this an early GMC cab-over-engine please?

I can't make out what it says on the rear of the print...

Hello John,
I think it is a Chevrolet "Bulldog", of 1937-38.

Kerry.

Many thanks, Kerry and Bert.

I have not come across the Bulldog before - I'll look it up right now.

This looks like a Krupp-Schnauzer, but I can't find this body on Holger's website. Is it a standard variant?

Hi John,
From memory, we've had a talk about the very same vehicle long ago, again in this thread probably, and back then I've posted what Reinhardt Frank says about it:

Cheers!

An interesting one here, with single instead of dual wheels on the rear axles. Interesting body and trailer too...
