I´ve consolidated the list from all previous posts in this thread as well as few from my files (only high officiers with the rank of general).

Hello Pedro!

Another german recipient of the Orden der Weissen Rose was Generalleutnant Iwan Heunert. You can find a picture of him wearing the award in John R. Angolia's "For Führer and Fatherland - Military awards of the Third Reich" (1985).

Was this a very common award?
I have registered one lower rank officer that recieved this order: SS-Obersturmführer Willy Laqua (background from both Germany and Finland) head of SIPO in Kirkenes, Norway during the war.

Yes, it is. The correct rank of Feige however is Gen. d. Kav. This has been cleared up with original documents from him of 1941 signing with Gen. d. Kav. and with his "Wehrpaß" which was showing duly his promotion to Gen. d. Kav.
