Wasn't it the deaths of German soldiers (from, among others, signal regiment 724) caused by ustanik activities?

Yes, dear partisans with their friends cetniks (at the time).

But did they just kill Germans? No...

Since the link Gaius has posted is in Serbian language, i'll post some info about
the battle for Krusevac.
(sources for info / photos: "Album srpskih cetnika gen.D.Mihailovica u 1000 slika")

In October 14th 1944. JVuO (cetnik) colonel Dragutin Keserovic and American lieutnant Elsford Cramer
had negotiations with German command of Krusevac. They have asked Germans for nonconditional surrender.
(Cramer confirmed all this under oath in New York court, 1946.)
Germans haven't accepted it, so Cramer contacted Soviets which were coming from Stalac direction.
Soviets wanted to attack the town themselfs, with guns.
Cramer thought that wouldn't be such a good idea, because lots of inocent civillians would die of granates.
His idea was to attack, with cetniks, Germans from back in more guerilla-style.
Soviets agreed and gave them two hours to finish the job, which they did.

What happened later...
When the cetniks first met with Soviet soldiers, it was a touching site:
huging, kissing and all that "brother Russians", "brother Serbs" etc.
But, after the speeches, Soviets started with arresting of cetniks and even Elsford Cramer, which was arrested together with German oberst von Schewaleri and leutnant Heinemann, which, of course, made him very angry.
(Keserovic escaped through a bathroom window  ).
After that, partisans entered the town, and not long after, they started mass executions of Serbs...

And now some funny communist facts:

caption for 1st photo: "cetnik and his victim" (book "Ne osecam se krivim")
Does this guy with a wig look like a cetnik or some actor from a low-budget movie.
And why is his "victim" laughing (and moving his left arm)? Death is funny? Silly...

caption for 2nd photo: "cetnik cutthroat called "Koreja"..." (book about cetniks, by Latas-Dzelebdzic, page 369)
Well, if these cetniks are murdering their machine-gunner,
than those Division Azul men (3rd photo) are killing their comrade too... Silly again...

OK, and now some photos of cetniks with allies for a change.

1st photo: JVuO (cetnik) major Petar Bacovic (second from right with British cap)
and Aleksandar Aksentijevic (with grey beard)
having a lunch with American pilots in village Pranjani, 1944.

2nd photo: American pilots peacefully resting in one cetnik shelter.

American captain George Musulin.
He landed (by parashute) near Cacak in 18.X 1943.
and participated later in saving other allied pilots and cetnik sabotages as well.
He was evacuated in december 1944.
He fought for truth about Serbs for the rest of his life.
