► Photothread: Allied Vehicles in German Service
We all know the wast use of english/canadian vehicles used by the german forces.
Anyone having any sources showing the german Kfz and SdKfz numbers used?
Attached is an expired photo from e-bay (sold for 30,50 euros)
Any more sources on this kind of vehicle??
Would really like to see a photo of this truck from behind.

I do collect mainly Canadian Chevrolets from the war perios, but also have some other vehicles, a english Morris Commersial, two Willys jeeps, an Arile WNG and a german built Triumph TWN 200 ccm, which I never have found any photos of...
But if no one don't have photos of this Umabuwagen, I am also very interessted in any photos of other Umbauwagens, and beute wagens used by the wehrmacht!!
So just start looking in all your arcives folks

Keep them coming
Sander and Bill
Very interesting pictures!
Spesially the Morris Umbau in your first picture Sander.
And the Bedford in yours Bill looks like an Bedford OYD as delivered to the english army, i.e. not umbau, just used as is...
But very interessting to see them.
I am in a bit of hurry right now, but will be back to night with more.
BTW: Is it OK to show pictures "captured" on e-bay, or sould those be for my computer only??
I use them to identify other vehicles, and do not print them anywhere..

A Bedford
Here is another Bedford MW used by the gremans.
There seems to be a vast number of Bedfords and Morris Commercials used by the gremans in Norway.
Where this photo was taken, I do not know.
But Umbauwagens like those Shown by Sander, with german built body is very very interessting if anyone can contribute.

Beute Bedforts
Very nice thread!!
I've just bought an 65-page magazine from Tankograd "From Dunkirk to Moscow - British Trucks in Wehrmacht Service", packed with pictures and German/English text.
But here a picture from EBAY. In the centre of the line some Bedfords. It is a parade at Le Pin in France 1940.

Beute at Dunkirk
A lot of British beute vehicles came from Dunkirk and surroundings.
Here a series from Dunkirk. I leave you to identify the vehicles.
