Hi Max,

thank You very much for posting this pic of a very rare Commer truck. Sorry, but I don´t agree with You according to the designation. I think it is the smaller type Q 2 (1,5-tonner) because of running on smaller single tyres than the type Q4 (3t-tonner).

Here a pic of the military variant of type Q 2 30 cwt 4 x 2 out of the book "British Military Trucks of World War Two" by Les Freathy. But the truck on Your pic is a civilian variant.
