Although these are not portrait type, I hope they help with your request for hairstyles and clothing.
In my opinion, two of the more strikingly elegant and fashionable women of the era were Magda Goebbels and Inge Ley
Others might include Leni Riefenstahl and Hanna Reitsch
Included a few representative pictures harvested from internet
Hope this helps

I have found a few images here >> http://www.germaniainternational.com/index.html - If you look through some of their items - occasionally up for sale are soldiers own personal photo albums. There was a recent image of a wedding for an officer of the heer. Just in case you want to re-create that. :P I have been looking for images of the fashion that was worn at the time, and that was how I found that site.

You might find "Nazi 'Chic'? Fashioning Women in the Third Reich" by Irene Guenther useful.

The girl in the photo is Sopie Scholl.

Prior to her becoming invovled with the White Rose while studying at unversity, she was a member of the League of German Girls. She joined the BDM in 1933, became Mädelschaftsführerin in 1935, Scharführerin in 1936 and Gruppenführerin in 1937. After leaving the BDM she became a Kindergarten teacher, and went into the Labor Service, then started her studies at the university of Munich.

Maybe anyone got some magazines scans from that time or cards with actresses and singers? I'm also interested in German style and fashion of 1930--'40
