Minenraumer

That's a Minenraumer, a 38-ton mineclearing vehicle. It was a joint project by Krupp, Daimler-Benz and Alkett, the latter being in charge of final assembly. Very few hard facts are available about it, but it seems to have been a one of a kind and was captured at some point during the war by Russian forces. See this thread:
