Dieter-

Are you certain about that 03.03.1945 date? I don't wish to contradict you, but I thought Hitler was looking a bit more haggard/run-down by March '45. And with his left arm dangling limply at his side.

Also, if the man toward the right in leather greatcoat is a Waffen-SS General, I would say he looks more like Heinz Lammerding than Matthias Kleinheisterkamp. But again, I could be wrong.

Dear Mike,

please have a look in Wilhelm Tieke "Das Ende zwischen Oder und Elbe. Der Kampf um Berlin 1945". Motorbuch-Verlag, Stuttgart, 1981

Freiherr gave the information about Kleinheisterkamp in another thread.

Look also on two other pics with Hitler' s right arm

Sorry, Dieter, but Mike is right. That is definitely not Kleinheisterkamp. I go with his suggestion of Heinz Lammerding. If it's not him, then it's his twin brother.
It's Hitler's last visit to the (Oder) front on 3 March 1945.
Max.

How about this guy? Looks a little like GenLt Gustav Wilke, 9 FJ Div, part of CI Corp.

Cheers

Oops, not too successful in linking. What I am trying to ask is... the officer immediately behind and partially blocked by Odebrecht in Dieter's Busse, 3.3.45.jpeg... could it be Wilke?

Cheers
Freiherr
