I have only a small biography of him.
He was born in Miyagi 1893
1913 2e lieutenant Infantry Sandai
1925 Captain in the General Staff
1927 Staff officer 3th infantry regiment
1932 Major staff officer in the Kwantung Army
1935 Lieutenant colonel in department of War
1938 Colonel, commander of 40th infantry in north and central China, Area of Huang river and at Hankow
1939 Chief of staff Royal Guard
1941 Major General in north China, Manchurian and Mongol border.
1942 lieutenant General , chief of staff, 25th Japanese army under Saito Yahkita, and Gunseikan of Malaya and Sumatra.
1944 Vice Chief of staff of Field marshal Terauchi Hisaichi, first in Manilla then in Saigon.
After September 1945 decides General Major D.D. Gracey of the 20th Indian division to armed the Japanese forces again.
The commander of this army is General Nishioeda, he will be commander till April 1946, in this period the French troops arrived under General Leclerc.

Nishioeda surrendered his sword to D.D.Gracey in this period.
I am very interested in the period after the war,

I forgot to tell that most of the came from Nippon Heiki Koyo-kai.
He returned in 1947 to Japan. He past away in 1958
If someone have some pictures of Terauchi Hisaichi or Saito Yahkita together with other Generals after 1941, them I am also interested.
To be honest, the reason is that i own the Sword of Yutaka Nishioeda
