That weapon there is real StG 45, the other pics from there seem like replicas and the folding stock thing as utter bs still.

The rifle up for auction isn't a "real" StG 45. When you register an NFA firearm, you can call it whatever you want. I can turn an HK SP89 pistol into a short-barreled rifle and change the designation to StG 45. That doesn't mean it really is one.

Yes, it does move. It is supposed to be kept in the down position to help keep dirt out. When you cock the weapon, it rolls open.
